The marking-out plate, also known as a cast iron layout plate or scribing plate, is a precision surface used for layout work, scribing, and inspection in metalworking and manufacturing. It provides a stable, flat reference surface for marking precise lines and positions on workpieces before machining.

  Made from high-quality gray cast iron (HT200–HT300), ensuring excellent hardness, wear resistance, and stability.

• Surface Finish:
  Precision machined and hand-scraped to achieve high flatness and a matte, non-glare surface ideal for layout work.
  Surface roughness: typically Ra 3.2 – 6.3 μm.

• Flatness Accuracy:
  Conforms to DIN 876 / GB standard accuracy grades (Grade 0, Grade 1, or customized).

• Structure:
  Reinforced rib design on the underside ensures rigidity and prevents deformation.
